Become a member

The applying organization has to be an non profit organization/ institute with a clear aim to promote and work for folk art and craft in own country, according to the text of the principle article on the main page.

The membership fee is currently 700 Euro per year. For new members, and small organizations in particular, it is possible to discuss a reduced membership fee for a limited period. Organizations may also gain membership as observers. They do not have the right to vote.

To become a member the applying organization has to send a letter describing their activity and organization. Names of juridical persons and administration with contact info. The statues has to be send – in English if possible, and some general information about activity.

An apply for membership has to be handled by the general assembly.
